Collaborator - Any user invited to participate in an Engagement. Engagement roles define their permissions (Owner, Lead, Member, Observer). Additional access levels (including Signer) apply at the Routine block level.

Engagement - The central container for a legal matter (case, deal, project). It securely holds all documents, Routines, and collaborators.

Extraction - A single question with a data type (Boolean, Date, Number, or Text) used by the Extraction Agent to pull specific information from documents.

Prompt - Specific instructions provided to an AI Agent to constrain and guide its output (e.g., "Draft an NDA for a software vendor").

Reminders - Trackable alerts for deadlines, court filings, or obligations that are either manually created or extracted from documents by AI.

Require Human Review - A critical security setting that pauses a Routine until a human attorney approves the AI's output.

Routine - A reusable workflow template composed of Blocks that guide a legal process from start to finish.

Rulebook - A collection of firm-specific rules and standards that the AI Review Agent uses to check documents for compliance.

Smart Document - An AI-enabled document supporting real-time collaboration, auto-versioning, and Merge Fields for automatic data population.

Merge Field - A placeholder token in a Smart Document (e.g., {{Client_Name}}) that is automatically populated with data from Intake Forms or other sources during a Routine.

Signing Field - A designated zone within a document for signatures, initials, or date-signed stamps that integrates with the Signing block type.
