Troubleshooting Guide
A Block Won't Start
Check Required Inputs: Ensure all mandatory fields, documents, or forms have been provided. Determine if previous steps (Block Connections) have been successfully completed.
AI Results Are Inaccurate or Too Broad
Check Your Prompts: Avoid vague instructions like "Review this contract." Instead, use explicit directives like "Review for unlimited liability and non-standard termination per our Commercial Rulebook."
Low Confidence Scores during Extraction
If the AI returns a confidence score below 80%, the contract phrasing is likely ambiguous. A human must manually verify the cell. To prevent this, rewrite your extraction questions and descriptions to be more clear and specific.
Broken Block Connections
If you find that two tasks are not properly sharing information, it usually means a link between them is missing in the Routine builder. Simply draw a connection between the tasks and choose Retry to have the system process the new link.
A Client Can't See a Document
Check Sharing Settings: Internal documents are hidden by default. You must explicitly open the document's Share settings and add the Client to the viewer list. Ensure their Engagement role is set to "Observer". If they need to sign a specific document, they can be assigned "Signer" access at the Routine block level.
