The Reminder Agent scans documents for implicit and explicit obligations—such as notice periods, auto-renewals, and filing deadlines—ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
How it Tracks
Instead of manually calendaring dates from a 50-page MSA, the Reminder Agent extracts phrases like "notice required 60 days prior to renewal" and automatically calculates the actionable date based on the contract's execution date.
These extracted dates are added to your dashboard's centralized Reminders system, color-coded by urgency.
Extracted reminders appear on your centralized Reminders dashboard, organized by status and category. The system sends email notifications as deadlines approach, based on configurable reminder intervals (defaulting to 7, 3, and 1 day before the due date).
