While the Extraction Agent pulls raw data, the Report Agent synthesizes that data into comprehensive, structured analytical reports across your document library.
How It Works
You create a Report by selecting a Report Type (such as Due Diligence, Compliance Audit, or Contract Analysis), writing a prompt that describes which documents to analyze, and attaching extraction questions. The Agent scans your document library, identifies relevant documents based on your prompt, and produces structured answers for each extraction question across all matched documents.
The results appear in a data grid where each row represents a document and each column is one of your extraction questions, making it easy to compare answers and spot gaps.
By using consistent Report Types and extraction questions across matters, your firm can standardize analytical deliverables regardless of which team member runs the report.
