Reviews

You do not have to build a full Routine to check a document. The Reviews interface allows for rapid, standalone compliance assessments.

Standalone Reviews

If you just received a third-party MSA via email, simply upload it, select your Rulebooks, and trigger an instant AI Review. The system produces an immediate list of findings — each one showing the specific rule violated, the exact citation inside the document, and a contextual explanation of the risk.

Review Findings

Each finding is classified as:

• Compliant: The document meets the rule's requirements.
• Non-Compliant: The document deviates from the rule. The system highlights the exact passage and explains why.
• Not Applicable: The rule does not apply to this document's content.

For non-compliant findings, the system can generate suggested edits to help you remediate the issue quickly.

Two Modes

The Review Agent operates in two modes:

1. Workflow mode: Reviews run as part of a Routine's Review Block, processing documents in batches with full automation.
2. AI-reasoning mode: Interactive, standalone reviews where you can ask follow-up questions about specific findings.
