Review Agent

The Review Agent is your automated compliance guardrail. It checks documents against your firm's custom Rulebooks and flags provisions that pose a risk.

Enforcing Rulebooks

When a document passes through a Review Block, the Agent highlights clauses that violate your rules. For instance, if your Rulebook mandates that "IP Indemnity must be mutual," the Agent will catch one-sided indemnities and provide a contextual explanation of the risk.

Each finding indicates:

• The specific Rule violated.
• The exact citation inside the document.
• A contextual reason why it violates the policy.

For non-compliant findings, the system can also generate suggested edits to help you remediate the issue.

The Review Agent operates in two modes: workflow mode (batch processing within a Routine's Review Block) and ai-reasoning mode (interactive standalone reviews where you can ask follow-up questions about specific findings).
