Reports

The Reports section houses all analytical reports generated across your Engagements.

The Reports Dashboard

From the Reports dashboard, you can create new reports, revisit previous results, and track the status of reports currently being processed.

Creating a Report

Each report requires:

  • Name: A clear title for easy identification.
  • Prompt: A plain-language description of which documents to analyze — the AI uses this to identify relevant documents in your library.
  • Report Type: The kind of analysis (e.g., Due Diligence, Contract Analysis, Compliance Audit, Case Summary, and many more).
  • Extractions: The specific questions you want answered against each matched document.

The Report Workflow

Once published, a report moves through two stages:

  1. Document matching: The AI scans your document library and shortlists documents matching your prompt.
  2. Extraction: For each matched document, the AI reads through it and answers every extraction question, noting where it found each answer.

Results appear in a structured data grid — each row is a document, each column is an extraction question. You can scan across the table to compare answers, spot gaps, or identify anything that needs closer attention.

Reports are version-controlled and saved permanently. You can return to any previous report from the dashboard at any time.
